Da mein Mitbewohner zu seiner Freundin zieht, suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer hat etwa 14m² und hat zwei große Fenster.
Die Küche hat einen kleinen Essplatz für 2-3 Personen und ist mit Backofen, großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine gut ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann mitbenutzt werden.
Das Bad ist vor wenigen Jahren saniert worden und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
In die Altstadt sind es etwa 3 Minuten über die neue Bahnhofsbrücke.
Zum Ehinger Tor sind es etwa 5 Minuten. Zur Uni mit Linie 3 ist also kein Problem. Auch sonst kommt man überall hin.
