Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Ich suche ab dem 15. April eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist insgesamt ca 65 m^2 groß mit 2 gleichgroßen Zimmern, einem Badezimmer und einer recht großen Küche mit Spülmaschine etc. Alles ist in einem recht frisch renoviertem Zustand. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, allerdings zum Hof hinaus, von daher ist sie ruhig gelegen. Die Bahnhaltestelle "Blücherstraße" befindet sich direkt um die Ecke aber auch zu Fuß kann man in wenigen Minuten das Ehinger Tor und etwas weiter den Hauptbahnhof erreichen.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist Malte, ein 28-jähriger Zahnmedizin Student aus Hamburg. Falls ihr Interesse habt, ruft ihn oder mich am besten an:
