Hallo Zimmersuchender,
wir, das sind Hanna (20) Lehramtstudentin und Christoph (29) Wirtschaftsphysikstudent, suchen einen neuen MitbewohnerIn für unsere WG, da unser alter Mitbewohner leider ins Berufsleben startet. Das Zimmer hat eine großes Fenster und einen Holzimitat PVC-Boden.Im Mietpreis ist alles enthalten, also Internet, Telefon, Strom und Müll. Außerdem gibt es einen Hausmeister, sodass die Kehrwoche für uns entfällt. Die Wohnung liegt auf der anderen Seite vom Bahnhof. Man ist also in max. 5 min am Bahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Das Kaufland ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ca. 5min. Wir freuen uns auf einen netten Mitbewohner, wie wir selbst, mit einer gewissen Grundsauberkeit, aber nicht übertrieben pingelig.
