Das Zimmer ist GERÄUMIGE 22 qm groß und hat HOHE FENSTER und ist (bei Sonnenschein ;-) SEHR HELL. Auf Wunsch MÖBLIERT! Es kann ein Teil/bis alle der Möbel des Vormieters übernommen werden (Preis VS). Insgesamt ist die WG 145qm groß- viel Platz zum leben !
In 5min ist man am Ehinger Tor, die Straßenbahn hält einen Block gegenüber, morgens braucht man also nur 20min zur Uni! In 15min ist man zu Fuß am Münster, ein Lidl ist auch in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. OPTIMAL für Leute OHNE AUTO !!!
3 Medizintechniker (m+f,m, ein Biometrie-Student (m) und eine Informatikstudentin (f). Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG...der hellhörige Altbau tut sein übriges ;-)
Rücksichtnahme und soziales Verhalten sind uns wichtig, aber auch gemeinsames Gammeln vor dem Fernseher oder Labern in der WG-Küche gehören dazu!
Zugegeben: Der Altbau ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen--aber 280 Euro für so ein Zimmer ist ULTRAGÜNSTIG!!! Also komm vorbei und check es ab! Es muss ja nicht für immer sein ;-)
