Our lovely roommate is moving out, so we're looking for someone to move in at the beginning of September. The WG in next to Ehinger Tor, right next to a park and gymnasium on a quiet street. We live on the ground floor (easy to move in!) and the room is about 12 m^2, with tall ceiling. There is a WC and a separate room for the bath/shower, plus a kitchen and a living room. We have a dishwasher, oven, stove...all of the basics.
Unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir suchen daher ab Anfang September eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter. Die WG ist in einer ruhigen Straße am Ehinger Tor, direkt neben einem Park und einer Sporthalle. Wir leben im Erdgeschoss (easy to move in!) und das Zimmer hat 12 m2. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Gästetoilete, Küche und gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer. In der Küche sind Spülmaschine, ein Herd mit Backofen und auch sonst alles, was man braucht.
5 min from Ehinger Tor bus stop- the bus 3 to University stops there, as well as the tram.
15 min walk from Münsterplatz and the theater; the Donau is also very close. There are a few bike paths that pass us.
Norma and Lidl are very close, as well as a gym and Westbad. We are also 20min walk from Blaubeurer Str, where you can find Ikea, Kaufland, Media Markt, etc.
In nur 5 Min. Fußweg ist man am Ehinger Tor. Von dort fahren Busse zur Uni und die Straßenbahn.
In nur 15 Min. läuft man zum Münsterplatz oder dem Theater und die Donau ist sehr nahe. Ein paar Fahrradwege führen direkt hier vorbei.
Sowohl Norma und Lidl sind direkt um die Ecke, als auch eine Turnhalle und das Westbad.
Wir sind auch nur 20 Min. Fußweg von der Blaubeurer Str. weg, wo es Ikea, Kaufland, Media Markt etc. gibt.
The current roomies are two girls, looking for a third flatmate...guy or girl, doesn't matter.
One of us works in the theater, the other just finished a Masters at Uni.
We both speak English but very little German and would love to have a German speaker to help with that.
Also we need someone for long term who could possibly take the contract for the apartment.
Definitely looking for someone who is social and open-minded.

Alissa arbeitet am Theater und Hsin hat gerade ihren Master an der Uni beendet.
Wir sprechen beide Englisch, aber auch etwas Deutsch und würden jemand Deutsch sprechenden bevorzugen.
Wie suchen nach jemanden der auch länger wohnen bleiben würde, um ggf. den Mietvertrag zu übernehmen.
