das zimmer ist ca 25 m2 groß und blick auf eine seitenstrasse gelegen. recht ruhig gelegen.
Im zimmer sind 2 kleine Sofas, die aber auch raus gestellt werden können. es gibt ein gäste wc genau gegenüber vom Zimmer. in der ganzen wohnung ist parket, außer in der Küche.zimmer wurde vor 3 monaten neu gestrichen (weiß)
Das Zommer ist im letzten drittel der Wagnerstraße. es sind nicht mal 2 min bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Es ist auch nicht weit bis zum Netto ( Ca 3 min) oder Lidl ca 5 min.
4 OG von der Küche aus schöne Aussicht. kleiner Innenhof mit abstellmöglichkeiten für zb. Fahrrad oder Roller
Ich bin selbst maximal 1 bis 2 mal in der woche da. Lebe im großen und ganzen bei meiner Freundin. Wohnung kann also fast allein genutzt werden. Ich habe eine internet Flat und Telefon Flat. Küche ist Komplet eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht außer einer cafemaschine. Im bad habe ich neue amaturen installiert. Ca 3 monate alt.
ich bin täglich bis 18:00 telefonisch zu erreichen und ab 18 uhr nur noch per sms
