Hey,
da ich Ende August ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für das Zimmer bis Ende Oktober.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig geschnitten und möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Nachttisch, Stuhl) und 15qm groß.
Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett verlegt und umfasst drei Zimmer und einen Dachboden, sie ist 76 qm groß. Es gibt alle Hausgeräte und W-LAN in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1.September bis Ende Oktober frei (eventuell auch bis Mitte November). Die Miete beträgt 330 € warm, W-LAN usw inklusive.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Blücherstraße/Haltestelle der Linie-1, Straßenbahn, 2 Stationen vom HBF entfernt (Richtung Söflingen). Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in 2 min. erreichbar.
Es gibt einen Netto, Lidl und eine Bäckerei in der Nähe.
Es sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten um das Haus herum vorhanden, da es eine Wohnsiedlung ist.
Das WG-Leben allgemein würde ich als eher ruhig und rücksichtsvoll beschreiben. Klar unternimmt man auch mal etwas gemeinsam, aber das eher mal am Wochenende. Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.
