Das Zimmer ist 19m2 groß und hat typisch für einen Altbau sehr hohe Decken. Der Boden ist mit Laminat verlegt und es gibt ein großes Fenster.
Vom aus Flur kommst du in das Zimmer, es ist also gleich im Eingangsbereich.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und WC und Dusche sind getrennt, was gerade morgens sehr praktisch ist.
Die Haltestellen Blücherstraße und Roncallihaus sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Lidl und Ndtto sind auch um die Ecke. Bis zum Ehinger Tor sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Wohnung wohnen die beiden Medizinstudenten Daniela und Alex, beide sind sehr offen und unternehmen auch mal was, wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest kannst du dich aber auch zurückziehen.
Den Einkauf erledigt jeder für sich selbst, Sachen wie Gewürze und Mehl und sowas teilen wir ?
