Hello, we have a spare room in a lovely Wohnung. The room is about 22 square meters and is equipped with a bed, desk, mirror, wardrobe and hall-way storage space. There is a nice window view of the communal greenbelt. The room is fairly sizable and the furniture can be removed if wanted. The Wohnzimmer is very large and is connected to a balcony. Kitchen is good for cooking and has a pass-through into the dinning room. There is plenty of room for storage both in the basement and within the apartment itself. There is also a parking space in a below ground garage that we are not using. It is available but if not needed than maybe we can rent it to someone else and reduce cost.
Hallo, wir haben ein freies Zimmer in einer schönen Wohnung . Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und ist mit einem Bett , Schreibtisch, Spiegel , Schrank und Halle -Wege- Stauraum ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne Aussicht vom Fenster des kommunalen greenbelt . Das Zimmer ist recht ansehnliche und die Möbel können , wenn gewünscht entfernt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und ist mit einem Balkon verbunden . Die Küche ist gut für das Kochen und hat eine Pass-Through in den Speisesaal. Es gibt viel Platz für die Lagerung sowohl im Keller und in der Wohnung selbst . Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz in einer Garage unter der Erde , die wir nicht verwenden . Es ist verfügbar, aber wenn sie nicht benötigt, als vielleicht können wir es an jemanden mieten sonst und die Kosten zu senken .
The Wohnung is located on Wörthstraße which a bicycle-priority road. It is right next to Theodor-Heuss Platz station on the Line 1 Straßenbahn and is two stops away from the Bahnhof. It is in a quiet area and is right next to the public Badhaus and Weststadt Rathaus. Rewe is right around the corner and we are next to a Betz Baeckerei and a gas station. Apartment is located on the second floor and an elevator is available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Wörthstraße , die ein Fahrrad - Vorfahrtsstraße . Es liegt direkt neben dem Theodor- Heuss-Platz Station auf der Linie 1 Straßenbahn und zwei Haltestellen vom Bahnhof entfernt . Es ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist direkt neben dem öffentlichen Badhaus und Weststadt Rathaus . Rewe ist gleich um die Ecke , und wir sind neben einem Betz Baeckerei und einer Tankstelle . Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ein Aufzug zur Verfügung steht.
I am staying in the flat with my girlfriend. We are both from Arizona, USA and I am attending an M.s.c. program at the university. My girlfriend is an English teacher. We are both 22 years old and are really easy-going as far as roommates go. We like to drink in the city and read and listen to music at home. We both speak primarily English and while this is not a requirement (Mein Deutsch ist immer besser jeden Tag) it would be nice if our roommate was at least semi-comfortable speaking English.
Ich bleibe in der Wohnung mit meiner Freundin. Wir sind beide aus Arizona, USA , und ich bin der Teilnahme an dem M.s.c. Programm an der Universität. Meine Freundin ist ein englischer Lehrer. Wir sind beide 22 Jahre alt und sind wirklich einfach so weit zu gehen wie Mitbewohner gehen . Wir möchten in der Stadt , um zu trinken und zu lesen und Musik hören zu Hause . Wir sprechen beide in erster Linie Englisch und während dies ist keine Voraussetzung (Mein Deutsch ist immer besser jeden Tag ) , es wäre schön , wenn unsere Mitbewohner zumindest halb komfortabel war Englisch sprechen.
