Das Zimmer ist Teil einer schönen Altbau-Wohnung (hohe Decken, großes Wohnzimmer zur gemeintschaftlichen Nutzung, große Küche). Es ist ca. 12 Quadatmeter groß und hat einen Laminatfußboden, Zentralheizung und ein großes Fenster in Richtung Vorgarten. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, sowie einen Innhof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Das Zimmer ist ab 01.10. beziehbar.
Lagebeschreibung
Die Lage ist super: Es sind zwei Gehminuten bis zur Bushaltestelle (der Bus zur Uni fährt dort alle 5 Minuten ab), 3 Gehminuten zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Parkplätze kann man eventuell dazu mieten (es gibt welche im Innenhof), ansonsten ist Anwohnerparken möglich. Die Ablöse von 100 Euro ist für Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine.
Gemeinsames Kochen ist in der geräumigen Küche gut möglich, hier steht auch die Waschmaschine. Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer wird zum Essen und Fernsehen genutzt.
Das Zimmer wird Ende September renoviert, ist also beim Einzug noch schöner :)
