Hallo Leute, das Zimmer ist ca. 22-23qm groß, sehr geräumig und Teil einer vierer WG. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 280€ und es ist alles enthalten -Miete warm, Waschmaschine, Internet, Strom, etc.
Einzig im Zimmer erhalten bleiben soll ein Bett, mit oder ohne Matratze (je nach Absprache).
Die WG befindet sich am unteren Kuhberg der Weststadt in der Römerstraße. Zu Fuß hat man es 2 Minuten an die nächste Haltestelle der S2, also ideal für Studenten an der Universität. Mit der S2 ist man natürlich auch in weniger als 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Zurzeit wohnen Freddy (Medizinstudent), Nils (Praktikant bei ratiopharm Ulm), Nina (ab 01.01.19; International Business) und ich in der WG (Nick; Lehramt). Generell haben wir ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben und da unsere WG sehr groß ist, steht man sich selbst in Küche oder Bad (Toilette und Bad sind getrennt) nicht auf den Füßen.
