Das komplette Wohnhaus wurde vor ca. 5 Jahren saniert.
Das Zimmer ist groß, rechteckig geschnitten und besitzt drei große Fenster zum Garten hin, wodurch es sehr hell ist.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch ein Bad mit Klo und Badewanne, sowie eine Küche, mit allem was man so braucht.
Die nächste S-Bahn Haltestelle (Martin-Luther-Kirche) ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zur Uni braucht man so etwa 15 min und in der Stadt ist man in 5 min. Auch zu Fuß sind die Stadt sowie die Donau nur 15 min entfernt.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es in nächster Nähe einen LIDL. Einen REWE gibt es ebenfalls, welcher zu Fuß in 15 min, oder mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 5 min zu erreichen ist. Fahrräder können in unserem Keller sicher verstaut werden.
Da Sebastian (25) auch am 01.04. einzieht wird das hier so etwas wie eine WG-Neugründung. Dabei wäre es schön, wenn daraus keine Zweck-WG wird, sondern dass man auch mal zusammen kocht, quatscht oder abends etwas gemeinsames unternimmt.
Natürlich kann jeder auch Mal seine Ruhe haben, vor allem da Sebastian und Ich (23) mit unserem Chemiestudium viel beschäftigt sind.
