Zur Miete steht ein teil-möbliertes WG Zimmer (ca. 17,8 qm) in einer 4er WG. Idealerweise suchen wir einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin für **mindestens** ein Jahr.
Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich 2 Bäder (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne), Küche, Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Ebenfalls ist ein Balkon vorhanden.
Übernahme:
Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtischstuhl und Schreibtisch können übernommen werden (VHB: 200 € Ablöse). Die Deko, PC und Bücher etc. sind nicht enthalten.
Kaution: 300€
Miete warm inkl. Strom, Müllgebühren & Internet (Internet 2play FLY 500Mbit/s): 439€.
Weststadt nähe Theodor Heuss Platz (ca. 2 min Gehweg) zur Haltestelle.
Nächster Supermarkt: LIDL (6 min Gehweg), REWE (ca. 7 min Gehweg), EDEKA (11 min Gehweg).
Das Ulmer Westbad befindet sich ebenfalls nur 5 min Gehweg entfernt.
Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind ca. 3-5 min entfernt aber stark besucht.
Glascontainer sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In der WG werden regelmäßig Filme und Serien gemeinsam geschaut. Ebenfalls wird des Öfteren gemeinsam auf dem PC gezockt z.B. CS:GO, Apex, GTA5, Civilization VI oder Tabletop Simulator. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Billardtisch, Sofas, ein Fernseher incl. Nintendo Switch, Wii U und es wird gelegentlich Shisha geraucht.
Es finden hin und wieder WG (und LAN) Partys statt.
Die WG hat einen festen Putzplan an den sich jeder hält.
