We are subleasing a large bedroom and connected extra room (could be used as, e.g., an office). The bedroom has a view of the Ulmer Münster and is 20 meters square, and the extra room is 12 meters square (in the Top floor under the roof).

The building lies directly on the line 1 tram stop “Blücherstraße“. The line 2 is also at Martin Luther Kirche. The city center is easily reached in a few minutes on the tram. The grocery store Lidl is a 5-minute walk away. Rewe is 10 minutes away walking.

We are looking for a like-minded, clean, and responsible flatmate with whom we get along well. We like to spend time together in the flat during the evenings and/or weekends. Our favorite activities include watching movies and TV shows, playing board games and video games with friends, cooking together, going out for some drinks, and Fitness. We would love to enjoy these things together with a new flatmate!

Am liebsten schauen wir gemeinsam Filme und Serien, Fitness, spielen Brett- und Videospiele mit Freunden, kochen zusammen oder gehen aus.
