The flat lies in the "Weststadt", in a quiet street with a very good access to the means of transport: in 8 minutes walk you can reach Ehinger Tor (the main conjunction for public transport with all the main bus lines and the tram lines 1 and 2), in 10 minutes you can reach the main train station and the city centre.
Within a reach of 5 minutes you also find the supermarkets Lidl and Netto, some bakeries, the pharmacy etc.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weststadt, in einer ruhigen Strasse mit sehr guten ÖNPV Verbindungen: 8 Minuten von Ehinger Tor (alle wichtigste Buslinee und Strassenbahn 1 und 2), 10 Minuten von Hauptbahnhof und von Stadtzentrum.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten befinden sich alle die Hauptgeschäfte: ein Lidl, ein Netto, einige Bäckereien, die Apotheke usw.
Life in our shared flat is quiet and friendly.
We are Mago from Mexico, and Sabina from Italy.
Being a multigenerational flat requires a good equilibrium between the different needs and issues that come into play.
We have found a nice balance and are therefore looking for a woman that fits well into it.
It is important for us that you already have experience in living in a shared flat. Indeed the flat is very nice but not too big, therefore showing regard for each other and keeping the common spaces clean and tidy are important issues to us. It would be great if you are also sensitive to environment, as we do our best to buy only environmentally-friendly cleaning products and consumables.
We get on well and we have nice chatts in the kitchen. We also respect the reciprocal need of quiet time.
The landlord rents the flat only to women, so we are only looking for a woman (not for a man) who is at least 25 years old.
Minimum stay: 6 month.
Das Leben in unserer mehrgenerationen WG ist ruhig und sehr freundlich.
Wir sind Mago aus Mexico und Sabina aus Italien.
In einer Mehrgenerationen-Wg braucht man ein Gleichgewicht zwischen den verschiedenen Bedürfnissen und Angelegenheiten, die ins Spiel kommen.
Wir haben eine gute Harmonie zu Hause gefunden und suchen eine Frau, die sich gut an uns anpassen kann.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass du schon Erfahrung im Zusammenleben hast. Tatsächlich ist die Wohnung sehr nett aber nicht zu gross, deshalb sind gegenseitiger Respekt, ein gutes Niveau von Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit und eine respektvolle Nutzung der gemeinsamen Räume zu berücksichtigen.
Es wäre super toll, wenn du empflindlich gegenüber den Umweltfragen bist, da wir meistens umweltfreundliche Reinigungsprodukte zu kaufen versuchen.
Wir unterhalten uns sehr gerne zusammen und unternehmen auch etwas wenn möglich: Abendessen usw.
Die gegenseitige Ruhezeiten werden auch berücksichtigt.
Der Vermieter will nur den Frauen vermieten, somit suchen wir eine Frau (keinen Mann), die am wenigstens 25 Jahre alt ist.
Mindestens Aufenthalt: 6 Monate.
