wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner bzw. eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Unsere liebe Margarita würde aber gerne ihr Sofa loswerden (siehst du in der Bildgalerie). Falls du Interesse hast könnt ihr gerne mal darüber quatschen und einen fairen Preis aushandeln. Das Zimmer ist mit zwei Fenstern ausgestattet, somit handelt es hier um ein sehr helles Zimmer mit viel Sonne :)

We are looking for a new roommate! Our roommate Margarita is moving out and wants to sell the couch (see photos). If you are interested let us know! We can find reasonable price. The room has 2 windows therefore it is very bright and has lots of sun!! :)
Wir wohnen in Ulm West, direkt an der Theodor-Heuss-Platz-Haltestelle. Rewe, Lidl, Norma, eine Tankstelle und und und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem bist du in 5 Minuten mit der S-Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Ein kleiner Park für eine kleine Joggingrunde haben wir auch in der Nähe. Also hier lässt es sich ganz gut aushalten :)
We live in Weststadt, next to the Theodor-Heuss-Platz bus stop. Rewe, Lidl, Norma and gas station is close by. You can reach the main station in 5 minutes by tram. A small park for jogging is close by as well, it is quite nice here ! :))
Ich arbeitet im Uniklinikum und Jessie studiert im 6. Semester. Wenn man sich in der Küche über den Weg läuft wird sich gerne ausgetauscht und gequatscht. Bei einem Gläschen Wein sind wir auch immer dabei :) Du kannst dich aber natürlich jederzeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst. Da wir 2 Mädels sind legen wir viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. D.h. auch du solltest alle drei Wochen den Wischmopp schwingen und das Bad sowie die Küche sauber halten.
I am doing a PhD at the University and Jessie is in her 6th semester. Also I cannot speak German but I am trying to learn! So it is important for me that you speak at least little bit of English :)) We are always open for a glass of wine but if you need your space, you can always close the door and have your ''Ruhe'' :)) The most important thing in our WG is cleanliness, this means you should clean bathroom, kitchen and the hall every 3 weeks!
