Hallo, wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter ab August bis Ende Dezember +/- ein paar Tage :). Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß und kostet 320 Euro warm, teilmöbliert. Unsere Wohnung bietet 70 qm aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer + Küche + Bad mit Badewanne
- Waschmaschine & Trockenraum im Keller
- Fahrradstellplatz
- Parken mit Anwohnerparkausweis (15 Euro für 6 Monate)
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Neu-Ulm, am Petrusplatz (= gute Verkehrsanbindung), in die Ulmer Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Min, an die Donau 5 Min.
Es wäre super, wenn wir ab und zu gemeinsam was auf die Beine stellen könnten z.B. Sport, Kochen, Party etc.
Ein paar Sätze zu mir:
Ich arbeite und bin unter der Woche somit immer erst abends zu Hause. Am Wochenende unternehme ich gerne etwas mit Freunden, gehe ins Kino, mache Ausflüge etc.
Mir ist wichtig, dass die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume ordentlich sind und sich jeder eigenständig darum kümmert. Ansonsten bin ich recht pflegeleicht.
