Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof. Es ist mit hellem Teppichboden ausgestattet und ist teilmöbliert. Ich würde ein Regal, Schlafsofa und evtl einen Schrank hinterlassen.
Ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit 36m² lädt zum relaxen und feiern ein. Ein seperates WC sowie ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne ist auch vorhanden. Rauchen kann man auf dem kleinen Balkon.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Petrusplatz. Es gibt gute Busverbindungen zur Uni Ulm, FH Ulm & Neu-Ulm und man braucht nur 7 min zu Fuß in die Ulmer Innenstadt. Supermarkt, Drogerie und Apotheke sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
Wir sind eine gut gemischte Truppe aus Studenten. Phillip (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Alex (Biologie), Sabine (Medizin) und Anna (IMUK). Unsere Küche/unser Wohnzimmer lädt zum Quatschen ein, sowie regelmäßiges zusammen Kochen. Das Wochenende ist ganz unterschiedlich: teils spontan, aber auch geplant gehen wir zusammen weg. Falls du dann doch mal das Bedürfnis verspürst, deine Ruhe zu brauchen... auch das bietet unsere WG.
