Comfortable room, in a 3-room apartment on the ground floor. The room is mostly unfurnished, it contains a red sofa with a sleeping option and a small brown and white wardrobe for clothes. The room was very well lit. Spacious apartment, bright kitchen, with plenty of space, a large fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, dining table with chairs, many spacious cabinets. From the kitchen there is an exit to the balcony with a small terrace set, the balcony is also lit. Bathroom with a bathtub and large shelves for cosmetics. In the entrance to the apartment, there is a small hall with hangers and a shoe cabinet. A basement and a laundry room are available.
Very good location in a quiet area. 2 minutes to the bus stop, 7 minutes on foot to Rewe 6-24 and Lidl 6-22, 15/20 minutes on foot, and 8 minutes by bus to the city center (Rathaus), 2 parks nearby for walks. There are 2 gas stations within an 8-minute walk.
The apartment is inhabited by two roommates, both of whom are Polish. Dominik - male, 30 years old, loves cooking, works 2 shifts 6-2, 2-10 p.m., very nice and friendly, communicates in Polish and English and is learning German.
Marika - female, 24 years old, nice and calm, works one shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., goes to school for afternoon classes 3 times a week, her hobby is the gym, so she spends little time at home. She speaks English and Polish communicatively and is learning German.
There is a calm, friendly atmosphere in the apartment, the roommates are conflict-free, tolerant and nice.
