WE SPEAK ENGLISH - Мы говорим по Русский - 我們說中文. Ein großes helles Zimmer, teilmöbliert (auf Anfrage kann ich mehr oder etwas weniger Möbel dalassen).
Im Zimmer ist ein Yamaha-Flügel GC1 mit Silent-Funktion. Gerne kann man 24 Stunden am Tag darauf üben, da mit Kopfhörern bedienbar! Laut üben etwa 2-4 Stunden am Tag möglich.

A large bright room, partly furnished (on request I can leave more or less furniture there).
In the room there is a Yamaha grand piano GC1 with silent-function. Practicing 24 hours a day is no problem, since it can be operated with headphones! Practicing/playing with real sound is possible for 2-4 hours a day.
Das Zimmer befindet sich zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit dem ÖPNV (Bus und Bahn) bis Freiburg Hbf.
Ein Penny, ein Rossmann und eine Bäckerei liegen 1 Minute Gehweg entfernt. Balkon-Aussicht auf eine Grünfläche, ruhige Gegend. Wald in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The room is located two minutes by foot from the bus stop. Freiburg main station is 20 minutes away by public transport (bus and tram).
A penny, a Rossmann and a bakery are 1 minute walk away. Balcony view on a green area, quiet surroundings. Forest is close by.
In der WG lebt ein Paar mit einer 5-jährigen Tochter. Die Familie ist ruhig, hat aber kein Problem mit Lärm und befindet sich oft erst spät abends im Haus. Die Familie lebt eher für sich, ist aber offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen (vor allem freut sich die Tochter auf gemeinsames Spielen und Singen, was aber auch nicht sein muss;)).

A couple with a 5-year-old daughter lives in the flat. The family is quiet, but has no problem with noise and often comes home only late at night. The family lives more by itself, but is open to joint activities (especially the daughter).
