Ich vermiete ein 12 qm grosses Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (gibt 2) in einer schönen lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung mit Terrasse und Garten. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und liegt nicht weit von der Limmat entfernt (5 min zu Fuss). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 10 min zu Fuss oder 3 min mit dem Velo erreichbar. Zürich HB ist von der nächsten Bushaltestelle in 23 min mit ÖV erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, das Zimmer allerdings unmöbliert. Vor dem Haus gibt es Anwohnerparkplätze und bei Bedarf auch Tiefgaragenstellplätze.
Ich bin 40 Jahre, Vater eines 4-jährigen Sohnes. Er wohnt grundsätzlich bei der Mutter, wird mich aber an den Wochenenden hin- und wieder mal besuchen kommen. Die meiste Zeit arbeite ich im Homeoffice (Sales) und bin 1-2 mal die Woche im Büro. Ich würde mich als offen, immer gut gelaunt und sozial verträglich bezeichnen. Wenn ich nicht arbeite, treibe ich z.B. viel Sport. Idealerweise ist der oder die Mitbewohnerin ebenfalls berufstätig oder Student-In.
