I am leaving my room and offering it for long term. The room is about 18m sq with a large window that opens at the front. It is furnished with a desk chair and a sofa/bed plus a wardrobe, a cabinet and a cloth hanger. Optionally the room can also be rented from October but September is preferred.
We are nicely placed about 5 minutes to the bus 50 and 231 which takes you to the U6 in one stop or 189 that takes you to the Sbahn station Unterföhring. There is a huge supermarket called Marktkauf nearby. Also, a gym and other grocery stores like Aldi/Penny/Lidl are about 7-8 mins by foot. The Isar is also around 5 minutes away in the Englischer Gartens.
We are a diverse group of people who all work/study during the day but enjoy spending time/cooking together in the evening sometimes or even make a barbeque. However, this is not necessary should you require time for yourself. We prefer to have a clean person who tidies up after they use the kitchen/bathroom and participates in keeping the house clean.
I would like to make the decision this week itself so it will be nice if you can visit the place some evening during the week so that we can make a decision during the weekend. I am the only person who is not fluent in German in the flat currently so in case you prefer Deutsch for conversation it should not be a problem.
