Wir haben ab dem 1. November ein Zimmer in unserer Wohngemeinschaft in Unteföhring frei.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 7 Zimmern, von denen eines frei ist. Die anderen Zimmer werden derzeit von zwei Mädchen und vier Jungen bewohnt.
Gesucht wird vor allem jemand, der durch seine Anwesenheit dafür sorgt, dass die friedliche Atmosphäre im Haus erhalten bleibt. Zwischen den derzeitigen Bewohnern herrscht völlige Harmonie, und es ist uns ein Anliegen, dass diese Harmonie erhalten bleibt.
Das Haus hat zwei Etagen und das verfügbare Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Es ist ein sehr helles Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC im Erdgeschoss.
Wenn Sie einen Raum suchen, in dem Sie sich zurückziehen und für sich sein können, wenn Sie es brauchen, und gleichzeitig ein Haus, in dem Sie in guter Gesellschaft sein können, in der Gegenwart von fröhlichen und äußerst freundlichen Menschen, zögern Sie nicht, uns zu kontaktieren!
We have a room available in our shared apartment in Unteföhring from 1st November.
The flat consists of 7 rooms, one of which is free. The other rooms are currently occupied by two girls and four boys.
What we are looking for is someone who, through his/her presence, will ensure that the peaceful atmosphere in the house is maintained. There is complete harmony between the current residents and it is our concern that this harmony is maintained.
The house has two floors and the available room is on the ground floor.
It is a very bright room with a large window. There is a bathroom and a guest toilet on the ground floor.
If you are looking for a space where you can retreat and be to yourself when you need it, and at the same time a house where you can be in good company, in the presence of cheerful and extremely friendly people, do not hesitate to contact us!
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Unterföhring.
Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Bushaltestelle ist das Stadtzentrum in etwa zwanzig Minuten sehr einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

Due to the immediate proximity to the bus stop, the city centre can be reached very easily and quickly in about twenty minutes.
Die jetzigen Mieter sind allesamt äußerst freundliche und höfliche Menschen.
Die Aufteilung des Hauses in zwei Etagen, mit einem kleinen Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock, ermöglicht es, ein äußerst ruhiges Leben in der Stille des eigenen Zimmers zu führen und gleichzeitig die Gesellschaft der anderen Mieter zu genießen, wann immer man möchte.
The current tenants are all extremely friendly and polite people.
