Die Abmessung des Zimmers liegt bei 3,80 m mal 4,25 m (vom Fenster zur gegenüberliegenden Wand).
Das Fenster ist gen Osten ausgerichtet und flutet entsprechend vor allem am Vormittag viel Licht ein. Kühlt entsprechend im Sommer abends schneller ab.
Die Wände sind mit einer einfachen Raufaser-Tapette überzogen und der Boden besteht aus leicht zu reinigendem PVC.
Außerdem sind ausreichend und gut verteilte Steckdosen vorhanden. Falls ein Netzwerkkabel gewünscht ist kann dies (15m) übernommen werden, damit kommt man in jede Ecke des Zimmers (da keine Netzwerkbuchse im Zimmer vorhanden ist!).
Zusätzlich stünden die Kommode, der Nachttisch, der Couchtisch, Sessel inkl. Fußablage und der Kleiderschrank als auch der sehr gut abdunkelnde Vorhang (Kein Rollladen am Fenster!) zur kostenlosen Übernahme zur Verfügung falls erwünscht (Siehe Bilder). Falls Interesse an Bett, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl bestehen lässt sich ein Preis aushandeln.

The room itself measures 16 squaremeters (3.8 m times 4.25 m).
The window faces towards the east giving you alot of light in the morning and throughout the middle of the day. Also in the summer its cooling off quicker towards the night ;)
The walls are covered by a simple wallpaper and the floor is a simple to clean PVC flooring.
There are also more then enough socket-outlets well distributed throughout the room. I can provide an Ethernet cable which is long enough (15 m) to reach every corner if you need this additionally to the WiFi.
Free(!) to take over are the following furniture: Wardrobe, dresser, couchtable, big red armchair and its additon to rest your feet. Also you can keep the curtain which keeps the room dark if you need it to be.

Eine Busverbindung in Richtung Erlangen ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Haltestelle "Uttenreuther Rathaus").
Parkplätze sind in ausreichend Menge in direkter Nähe (Dresdenerstraße) verfügbar.
Abstellmöglichkeiten fürs Fahrrad gibt es sowohl vor dem Haus als auch trocken und geschützt im Keller. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auf angenehmen Radwegen je nach Fitness in 10 bis 20 Minuten in der Erlangener Innenstadt oder in der Südstadt.
Die äußerst ruhige Lage im Vorort/Dorf ermöglicht es innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Grünen zu sein.

There is a bus-stop bringing you into downtown Erlangen reachable by foot in 2 minutes - called "Uttenreuther Rathaus".
Parking a car is not an issue in the adjacent street "Dresdenerstraße". Also if you like to commute by bike there is a closed up and dry basement with enough space! Depending on your fitness you need around 10 to 20 minutes to downtown Erlangen or whatever is in the same radius. Uttenreuth being a calm and small village allows you to be in the nature within a 5 minute walk.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Chelsea und Jannik, zwei sehr angenehme, offene und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeiten. Sie sind zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Joggen/Spazieren, Fahrrad fahren, Beachvolleyball/Fußball spielen und für viele weitere Aktivitäten zu haben! Verstehen es aber auch jederzeit wenn man in Ruhe gelassen werden will.

Your roommates would be Chelsea and Jannik. Two very open, kind and helpful personalities! They are usually always up to cooking together, doing sports like running, walking, cycling or beachvolleyball/soccer or other activities! But they don't mind of you prefer a quiet day on your own.
