Da ich in den Semesterferien nach Hause fliege, suche ich eine/-n Zwischenmieter/-in für mein tolles Zimmer. Du brauchst nix, einfach nimm deinen Koffer und wohn hier! Und natürlich gibt genug Platz für deine Sachen in den Kommoden, Kleiderschrank usw.
Das Zimmer liegt in Richtung Süden und ist dadurch schön hell. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt; in jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Bad, außerdem haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.

Because I'm flying home for the semester break, I'm looking for someone to sublet my dear room in our sweet shared apartment. You won't need to bring anything else than your personal stuff, as there is enough furnitures and of course enough space for you in the wardrobe and drawers,
The room gets plenty of light from the south, which means it is still quite bright even in these dark winter days. If you don't want it, just close down the blinds! The apartment has 2 floors, on each of which we have a bathroom. On the floor you'll be staying at there is a cozy living room and a washing machine in the bathroom.
Hier in Gostenhof gibt es viele schöne Kneipen und Diverse Supermärkte die max 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn Halltestelle Bärenschanze ist auch zu Fuß max 5 min unterwegs.

In this part of the city, there are many nice bars and several supermarkets where you can reach in only 5 min on foot, bio-shops etc. The closest underground station is called Bärenschanze, which you can walk to again in 5 min.
Annette (22), Kathrin (25) und Philipp (33) sind deine Mitbewohnern die super freundlich sind. Manchmal sind sie unterwegs, und du hast die ganze WG alleine. Alle haben viele internationale Erfahrungen, heißt, du mit ihnen auf verschiedene Sprachen reden kannst, wenn du willst. Philipp und du wohnen im Obergeschoss und Annete und Kathrin sind im Untergeschoss.

Annete, Kathrin and Philipp will be your roommates and they are super friendly. They are away quite often, so sometimes you might have the whole apartment on your own. They all have many international experiences, which means you can talk to them in different languages if you need to (See info above). You'll share the upstairs with Philipp and Annette and Kathrin will be living downstairs, where the kitchen is.
Wir haben schon alles in unserer WG: WLAN, ganz neue Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Badewanne usw.
