Busco companeros-/as de piso simpáticos. ;)
El piso tiene dos banos, gran pasillo y un quarto de estar con sofas, mesa y sillas como comedor.
La ubicación es muy buena. Un Consum, un Lidel, otros supermercados y el parque Jesús estan casi al lado. Además el piso es cerca del metro Joaquín Sorolla y cerca del metro Patraix (sólo tres Minutos).
No fumo, pero no hay problema si tu fumas en tu habitación o en uno de los dos balcones.
Pues, hay que animar el patio! ;)

Ich heiße Felizitas (Fee) und suche nette Mitbewohner-/innen. Alle 3 Zimmer sind mehr oder weniger gleich groß, so plus, minus 14 m2 und an einem davon befindet sich der Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, einen großen Flur und ein Zimmer, das als Wohn- und Esszimmer zugleich dient.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein Consum, ein Lidel, andere Supermärkte und der Park Jesús befinden sind quasi neben dran. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Metro-stationen, zwischen Joaquin sorolla und Patraix.(ca. 3 minuten zu Fuß dort hin).
Ich rauche nicht, aber solange du es in deinem Zimmer oder auf einem der 2 Balkone tust, gibts da kein problem!
Auf gehts, da muss Leben in die Bude! ;)
