wir suchen einen Nachmieter für das kommende Semester.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer, Küche und nette Mitbewohner.

Im Moment wohnen hier zwei Italienerinnen und ein Spanier. Perfekt zum spanisch lernen! Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand(was in Spanien schwierig zu finden ist) und super Lage:
800m zur UPV; 400 zur UP; die nächste Metro mit Anbindung zur Innenstadt und Flughafen ist 500m entfernt, Supermärkte und Apotheke in 100m Umkreis.
Die Wohnung ist echt top, normalerweise vermietet der Eigentümer nur für ein Jahr aber wir wollten die Wohnung unbedingt haben, daher müssen wir jetzt einen Nachmieter suchen. Wenn du/ihr in Valencia ein Erasmussemester/Jahr macht lohnt sich die Wohnung.
