We are looking for young students Erasmus, flatmate for a large single room in our 4 bedroom apartment (only rent 3).
The flat is very well located (zone Av. Blasco Ibañez), it's close to University, to the beach and to comercial center.-
There are several supermarkets around, and diferent services; the flat is also very well comunicated, it´s close to the metro stop and buses.-
The room have a lot of light and is furnished with a bed, desk, drawers and huge wardrobe.
The whole apartment was refurbished before we moved in August .
There is 1 bedroom for rent, a lounge with TV and a fully equipped kicthen.
Rent is 220 € per month/per room

Wir suchen Drei (3) Erasmus Student, für WG, die Wg ha 4 schlafzimmer aber nur 3 wir benutzbar.
Die WG ist sehr gut lokalisiert ( Av. Blasco Ibañez) es ist sehr nähe vom die Universität, auch vom dem Strand und die Einkaufenzenrtum. Auch sehr wichtig, man kann in 5 minuten geiles bar finden, Cerveza, agua de valencia und aben party.
Es gibt viele Supermatket, und die WG ist sehr nähe auf die U-bhan, Bus und Fahrrad Point (gratis)
Jeden zimmer hat viele Licht, und sind möbiliert, mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, sicger bed... und noch sachen
Die WG ist verbessern im July. Es gibt 3 zimmer für mitten, mit ein gross Speiseraum mit fernsehen und musik. Die Füche hat5 alles was man bracuht (Waschmaschine).
Jeden zimmer sind 220€, am 10 February sind die zimmer frei.
