Hello together! I move out of my beautiful WG room and look for a rental company for my 13 sqm modern room in a well maintained 3-room WG (my room is unfurnished).
Hallo zusammen! Ich ziehe aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer aus und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein 13 qm großes modernes Zimmer in einer gepflegten 3-Zimmer-WG (mein Zimmer ist unmöbliert).
The WG is located in Graf-von-Galen Strasse and is close to the city centre, which is within walking distance (about 8 min) and by bike only 2 min. There are many restaurants, shops and cafés. There are good shopping facilities nearby, such as Lidl (160 m away) and a Combi.
The train station, bus station and the Citadel Park are within walking distance in about 10 min (5 min by bike).
The University as well as the Stoppelmarkt are only 8 minutes away by bike.
The Vechta indoor and outdoor swimming pool is only 5 minutes by bike.
The WG room is located to the parking side and to the rear to the bicycle stands.
Die WG befindet sich in der Graf-von-Galen Straße und ish in der Nähe der Innenstadt, welche fußläufig erreichbar ist (ca. 8 min) und mit dem Fahrrad nur 2 min. Dort befinden sich viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Cafés. Es gibt in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z. B. Lidl (160 m entfernt) und gegenüber einen Combi.
Der Bahnhof, Busbahnhof und der Zitadellen-Park ist fußläufig in ca. 10 min erreichbar (5 min mit dem Fahrrad).
Die Universität sowie auch das Stoppelmarktgelände sind mit dem Fahrrad in nur 8 min erreichbar.
Zum Hallenwellen- und Freibad Vechta sind es nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad.
Das WG-Zimmer befindet sich zur Parkplatzseite und nach hinten zu den Fahrradständern.
You'd live with Emily (21). She's studying social work. The second roommate isn't stuck yet, because Lea (the other roommate) runs out at the end of July. Emily likes to play social games, is helpful, very nice and has fun in creative activities. Common games evenings or even time for you alone in the WG - all are fine with it.
To make everyone feel comfortable, we have a cleaning plan in the WG. This also always looks very clean and well maintained in the WG.
Du würdest mit Emily (21) zusammenwohnen. Sie studiert soziale Arbeit. Die zweite Mitbewohnerin steht noch nicht fest, weil Lea (die andere Mitbewohnerin) Ende Juli auszieht. Emily spielt gerne Gesellschaftsspiele, ist hilfbereit, sehr nett und hat Spaß an kreativen Tätigkeiten. Gemeinsame Spieleabende oder auch Zeit für dich allein in der WG - alle sind damit fein.
Damit sich alle wohlfühlen, haben wir in der WG einen Putzplan. Dadurch sieht es auch immer sehr sauber und gepflegt aus in der WG.
