Hallo, mein Name ist Annika, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und arbeite als Disponentin in einer Spedition in Kassel.
Ab dem 1. August wird bei mir in der Wohnung ein kleines Zimmer frei, das ich gern vermieten möchte. Nach Absprache wäre auch ein früherer Zeitpunkt möglich.
Mein/e neue/r Mitbewohner/in sollte ordentlich sein und ein festes Einkommen (Angestellter, Auszubildender oder Student) haben.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Obervellmar, nahe des schönen Ahneparks. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten bereits am Bahnhof. Mit der Regiotram gelangt man von dort in nur 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof in Kassel.
Da ich zuerst allein in die Wohnung eingezogen bin, ist diese bis auf das zu vermietende Zimmer, komplett eingerichtet.
