Hallo,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin für 4 Monate nach Deutschland geht suchen wir eine/n Zwischenmieter/in.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Miuten vom Bahnhof und Piazzale Roma. 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen, 2 Minuten zur Universität IUAV, 5 Minuten zum Campo Santa Margherita (Ausgehviertel von Venedig), 15 Minuten nach Rialto.
Wir sind 3 Italiener/innen und ein Spanier (Erasmus), studieren Architektur, Englisch, Kunstgeschichte und Anthropologie. Wir kochen zusammen und gehen öfters zusammen weg; sprechen Italienisch, Spanisch, Englisch, Französisch und ein paar Worte deutsch.
Die Wohnung ist groß, mit Küche, Esszimmer und Sofaecke. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, Festnetztelefon und DSL Flatrate.
Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Spiegel.
Miete sind 420 € / Monat inklusive allem (Strom, Heizung, Internet); die Kaution 380 €.
