You will have your own room in a flat share. The room is bright and furnished. There is a 70 Euro fee one time for the furniture which I purchased. Furniture includes: a table, bed, cupboards, a lamp for extra light, a fan and a wardrobe. There is an extra mattress in the room in case you have a guest over and an extra pillow.
The kitchen and bathroom/ toilet are shared. Kitchen comes equipped with Dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster (all essentials basically) and of course cutlery like glasses, plates etc. The bathroom and toilet are separate so you don't have to worry about both being occupied. There is a washingmachine in the apartment.
Sie haben Ihr eigenes Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft. Das Zimmer ist hell und möbliert. Es gibt eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 Euro für die Möbel, die ich gekauft habe. Zu den Möbeln gehören: ein Tisch, ein Bett, ein Schrankset, eine Lampe für zusätzliches Licht, ein Ventilator und ein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt eine zusätzliche Matratze im Zimmer, falls Sie einen Gast zu Besuch haben, und ein zusätzliches Kissen.
Die Küche und das Bad/WC werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Wasserkocher, einem Toaster (alles, was man braucht) und natürlich Besteck, Gläsern, Tellern usw. ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass beide belegt sind. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Bahnofstrasse 16, 95000 Villach. Just 1 minute away from Villach hauptbahnhof and Bus stations. 10 mins bus ride or 15 mins by Bicycle from FH Kärnten. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from Villach city center. There is a Billa for groceries and a pharmacy right below. You also have some restaurants & fast food options right below the apartment.
Bahnofstraße 16, 95000 Villach. Nur 1 Minute vom Villacher Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. 10 Minuten Busfahrt oder 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der FH Kärnten. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Villacher Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt einen Billa für Lebensmittel und eine Apotheke direkt unter der Wohnung. Sie haben auch einige Restaurants und Fast Food Möglichkeiten direkt unter der Wohnung.
Your neighboring rooms have Issa (Jordan), Lara (Austria) and Amir (India). All 3 are amazing. They are all students and/or working. Zero discrimination on sexuality and race & religion.
Socializing is not forced by anyone but it is nice to talk to them and sometimes you can sit together for a coffee or drink in the apartment. Since the apartment is right next to city center you can also go out to a pub in the city with everyone. Everyone maintains a cleaning schedule and if there are any issues you can easily talk with the others. I've already become friends with all three!
In Ihren Nachbarzimmern befinden sich Issa (Jordanien), Lara (Österreich) und Amir (Indien). Alle 3 sind erstaunlich. Sie sind alle Studenten und/oder arbeiten. Keine Diskriminierung aufgrund von Sexualität, Rasse und Religion.
Das Zusammensein wird von niemandem erzwungen, aber es ist nett, sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten und manchmal kann man sich auf einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk in der Wohnung zusammensetzen. Da die Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums liegt, kann man auch mit allen zusammen in ein Lokal in der Stadt gehen. Jeder hält sich an einen Putzplan und wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gibt, kann man einfach mit den anderen reden. Ich habe mich bereits mit allen dreien angefreundet!
