Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer richtet sich zur Hofseite und hat deshalb zwei Fenster die den Raum auch sehr groß und Hell erscheinen lassen. Einfach ein schönes Zimmer für Jedermann :)
Die Lage ist nahezu Perfekt, Busse sind innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Ein Einkaufsladen (Edeka) sowie die Bank oder Apotheke ist genau so weit entfernt, nur in die entgegengesetzte Richtung.Ein großer Garten zum Sonnen oder ähnliches ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil, was das Leben dort sehr schön macht.
Mutter und Sohn Leben hier zu zweit, wobei der Sohn sein Zimmer im Keller hat. Wir sind beide Berufstätig und deshalb nur Abends daheim. Wir sind beide sehr offene Menschen und freuen uns auf jeden...
