Im ehemaligen Gemeindehaus der evangelischen Kirche wurde die großzügige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss letztes Jahr frisch renoviert und hergerichtet. Sie verfügt über zwei Bäder, einer Küche mit Einbauküche (inkl. Spülmaschine) und zwei Kühlschränken und einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer. Eine Waschmaschine steht auch direkt in der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über besonders hohe Decken, was einen vielseitigen Gestaltungsspielraum ermöglicht.
Das WG-Zimmer ist wie folgt möbliert: Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl!
In the former community house of a church, the spacious apartment was newly renovated. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher) and two fridges and a common living room. A washing machine is also provided. The available room is nearly 19 sqm which is very comfortable. It has a window and is newly painted. It is already furnished with bed and matress, wardrobe, desk and office chair!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe vom Bahnhof St. Ilgen/Sandhausen. Von hier aus gelangt man mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach Heidelberg oder in Richtung Walldorf (SAP). Fußläufig sind Lebensmittelläden (Netto, Aldi, dm) und auch Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Restaurants und Apothken (Zentrum St. Ilgen "Am Europaplatz") zu erreichen.
The apartment is located near the tram station St. Ilgen / Sandhausen. From here you can take the S-Bahn train to Heidelberg or Walldorf (SAP) within 5 minutes. You can reach foodstuffs (Netto, Aldi, dm) and also bakeries, butchers, restaurants and drugstores (center St. Ilgen "Am Europaplatz").
Zu uns: wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG, wir sind 2 Jungs und 4 Mädels. Alle von uns sind am Anfang unseres Studiums/ unserer Ausbildung und Anfang 20. Wir suchen eine(n) nette(n) und unkomplizierte(n) Mitbewohner(in), die/der kein Problem damit hat wenn nicht alles immer top ordentlich ist aber trotzdem Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Wir veranstalten immer wieder gern Spiele-Abende und wir würden uns sehr über einen weiteren Mitspieler freuen!
