September - Sandhausen Close to SAP

Hi,
To sum it up:
we are all from India. Most work in IT at SAP, one is SRH student, the other one PhD in Physis at Uni Heidelberg. One Girl and 4 guys.
The Address of the house is:
Robert-Schuman-Str. 15a, 69207 Sandhausen.



Rent will be for August and September each €400 in total. For September onwards it will be €415. This is because price for heating per unit (Winter month) has increased so rent has to be adjusted.
Then, we have a cleaning Lady. She comes once a week. We pay her €55. That is a total of €220 a month. (Maybe more if she come 5 times a month).
We divide the €220 by all of us. that is about €35 each person.
Finally, there is WG kasse of €15 each. From this money (about €90 each month) we buy Soap, toilette papers, cooking oil, dishwasher powder, pods for washing machine, cleaning supplies etc...

Train To Heidelberg:
During the week, there is a city bus Nr. 725. the stop is about 3 minutes walking distance from the house.
In 11 Minutes, this bus will take you to the train station ´St. Ilgen- Sandhausen´ from there is it 2 stops (7minutes) to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). So, in about 20 minutes from the house to Heidelberg Grand Central station.

For your return from Heidelberg to the House it is the same connection

Travel to SAP:
If you need to go to SAP Walldorf it is a similar connection, about 22minutes to either Rot or Walldorf office.

Bus from and to Heidelberg
There is a bus about 10minutes walking distance. Stop is “Eichendorfstrasse”. The bus is 721.
It takes also about 20minutes to Heidelberg Central station.
Grocery stores like Lidle and Rewe is about 10min walking distance.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses fährt City Bus ab. Dieser fährt alle 30Minuten und hat direkten Anschluss zur S-Bahn (St. Ilgen-Sandhausen) nach Heidelberg. Die Fahrtzeit von der Haltestelle zum Bahnhof St. Ilgen Sandhausen beträgt ca. 10minuten.
Der S-Bahn fährt im 30min.Takt. Von dort ist man in 8Minuten am Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof. Vom Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof fährt die S3/4 auch alle 30 Minuten.

From the house you will reach Heidelberg Central Station in 25 minutes


Entfernung nach Walldorf 6km
Fahrtzeit von der Haustür zu SAP: ca 22. Minuten
Auch hier bring der City Bus Dich in ca. 10min zum Bahnhof St.Ilgen Sandhausen.
Von dort aus ist man in 4 Minuten am Bahnhof Wiesloch-Walldorf. Dort fährt dann wiederum ein Shuttle zum SAP Campus.

From the house you will reach SAP Walldorf in 22 minutees

Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe Lidl) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Wald.
Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber

Klimatisierter Partyraum in Keller. Dort ist die Temperatur im Sommer bei max 18°

Insgesamt sind 3 Bäder vorhanden

The House includes:

Master Bathroom
Guest Bathroom
Air-conditioned Community Room in the basement. The temperate will be around 18 degrees celcius. That is especially useful during the hot summer months


Overall, the House is quite clean and spacious with a living and dinning room, a shared kitchen and 3 bathroom.

Wir haben hier noch einen Hund & Katze.
Du solltest daher keine Angst vor Hunden haben.
