Es handelt sich um ein abgetrenntes möbliertes Zimmer (Bett, Sofa, Sessel, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch...) in einer 3 ZKB Wohnung im EG und 5 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Walldorf. Zum Zimmer gehört ein eigenes separates Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche. Im Bad sind allerdings auch Waschmaschine/Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung untergebracht.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein separates Gäste-WC zur alleinigen Nutzung im gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ca. 25qm groß.
Ich bin 54, weiblich und Vollzeit in HD berufstätig, teilweise im Homeoffice.
Die Küche kann bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden. Ich bin flexibel und anpassungsfähig lege aber Wert auf angemessene Sauberkeit.
Die Wohnung ist in Zentrumsnähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone und zum Bus). SAP ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vorhandenes Fahrrad kann nach Rücksprache genutzt werden.
Wochenendheimfahrer/-in bevorzugt.
Küche kann auf Anfrage mitgenutzt werden.
Großer Hof und Garten inkl. Terrasse stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
