Deutsch: Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet mit Bett (140x200), Klapptisch, 1 Stuhl, eigener Dusche Waschbecken, Das WC befindet sich auf derselben Etage und wird von allen Bewohnern benutzt. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach,
Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle im Flur und Waschmaschine (kostenpflichtig) und Trockner, im Badezimmer, sind für alle Bewohner zu benutzen.
Es gibt keine Küche. Die Bewohner kochen in ihren Zimmern auf Kochplatten.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Wir suchen eine sympathische, berufstätige, ruhige Person, die, genau wie die anderen Bewohner, gerne in Ruhe den Feierabend und das Wochenende verbringt.
Gehaltsnachweise, Arbeitsvertrag und Aufenthaltsgenehmigung sind Voraussetzungen für die Vermietung.

English: The room ist furnished with large bed (140x200m), table, 1 chair and a table.
It has got its own shower and a kitchen sink.
There is no kitchen in the appartment. The tenants cook in their rooms on heating plates or are warming up their food with the microwave.
Refrigerator, microwave, electrical water kettle are disposable for everybody in the hallway.
The washing machine (fee-based) and the dryer (free) can be used by every tenant and are located in the bathroom.
The toilet is also located here and is used by everybody.
We are looking for a nice, calm, neat and working person who likes to enjoy the calm atmosphere after work and at the weekends. No party animal.
Working contract and stay permit have to be shown before making a contract.

Zu Fuß erreicht man den SAP Campus in ca 20 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad in 8 Minuten.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend and der Umgehungsstraße Richtung Heidelberg.
Ikea ist in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.

Die Mitbewohner sind freundliche, ruhige und ordentliche Personen unterschiedlichen Alters, Herkunft und mit ganz unterschiedlichen Berufen ( Buchhaltung, Ingenieur, Hotelfach, SAP-Entwickler).
Sie wohnen zum Teil schon viele Jahre hier.
The tenants are all very friendly, calm and neat. They range from 26 - 50 years, come from different nations
and have different professions ( hotel employee, software developper, accountant, engineer...)
Wir suchen ausschließlich berufstätige Nachmieter, die ruhig, ordentlich sind und sich rücksichtsvoll benehmen können.
Also keine Party people. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ebensowenig Rauchen.
