hier gibt es ein wunderbares ruhiges14m² WG-Zimmer in meiner 79 m² Wohnung in zentraler und ruhiger Lage in Niederwalluf. Das Zimmer wird, wenn du möchtest, teilmöbliert vermietet und verfügt über eine große Fensterfront und Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung samt Küche und Bad ist komplett ausgestattet. Das 27 m² große Wohnzimmer sowie der Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne kann natürlich mitgenutzt werden.
Wir können gerne ein Treffen ausmachen, wenn du es dir persönlich anschauen magst – wenn du noch nicht im Rheingau bist geht Skype aber natürlich auch.

I am renting out a part-furnished 14m² room in a flatshare of 2 starting from 01. November.
The flat is of 79m² and is in a quite and nice area in Niederwalluf. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. The living room of 27m² and the balcony with a nice view into the garden can be also used.
We can either arrange a personal meeting to see the flat or via skype, if you are not around.

In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 1 min.) befindet sich die Bushaltestelle der Linie 5 und 170. Zum Bahnhof und der Bushaltestelle der Linie 171 braucht man etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Man ist innerhalb von 20 min. sowohl in Wiesbaden als auch in Oestrich-Winkel.
Die Autobahnanbindung der A66 ist in unmittelbarer nähe.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Fußläufig sind ein Rewe, Aldi und Penny. Etwa eine Minute von der Wohnung gibt es eine Post, Bäcker und Kiosk sowie Ärztehaus. Natürlich aber auch die ein oder andere Lokalität zum Essen in Walluf.
Außerdem ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit in den Weinbergen oder am Rhein.

The distance to the bus stop Line 5 and 170 is 1 min. walk. For Line 171 or the railway station (Niederwalluf) it is only 5 min. walk. You will be within 20 minutes either in Wiesbaden or Oestrich-Winkel.
There is a direct exit to Niederwalluf from the highway A66, only 3 minutes from the flat. There are always enough parking space around the area (there are always free spaces and also a parking lot).
There are several supermarkets nearby. 5-10 min. walk to REWE, ALDI or Penny. Post office, bakery or doctor are also very near - 1 min. walk.
Falls du hier einziehen möchtest erwartet dich ein 27 jähriger berufstätiger Student. Ich habe beruflich einige Zeit im Ausland verbracht und widme mich nun gerade meine Masterarbeit als Bauingenieur. Nebenbei koche und fotografiere ich gerne und gehe klettern.
