Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und eine große Zentralheizung.
Hinter einer Schiebetür befindet sich ein Kammer, nutzbar z.B. als begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Dielenboden. Wände weiß gestrichen.
Wohnung ist nah am Bahnhof Nabburg. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles andere was man brauch ist auch in der Nähe.
Ganz entspanntes WG-Leben. keine Haustiere. kein Rauchen. Kein tagelangen Lärm.
sonst sehr entspannt. übliche WG-Regeln (Tür offen/ geschlossen etc.). Besuch ist natürlich auch kein Problem. Geschirr kann auch mal einen Tag stehen, aber ist ja sowieso ein Geschirrspüler da.
