Freies WG-Zimmer in 2er WG ab 01.08. zur Untermiete.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und meine Mitbewohnerin hinterlässt folgende Ausstattung:
Bett, Nachtkästchen, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, Schuhregal, Spiegel im Flur, Badschränkchen und Badvorleger und einen kleinen Backofen (da die Küche nur zwei Kochplatten verbaut hat).
Dafür möchte sie als Ablöse 200€, was sehr fair ist.
Kaution sind anteilig ebenfalls 200€, die beim Einzug zu zahlen wären.
Im Preis ist Alles inbegriffen: Heiz- und Stromkosten, Internet, Anteil der Warmmiete usw... Ebenfalls ein PKW-Stellplatz.
Ich bin der Hauptmieter und bei Interesse oder Fragen einfach melden! :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich 1,1km vom Bahnhof entfernt. Distanz zur Innenstadt beträgt 2,4km und die Hochschule ist 2,6km weit entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Kaufland, Edeka und Aldi).
Eine Bushaltestelle gibts direkt vor der Haustür (50m).
Für Studenten ohne eigenen PKW ist die Lage sehr dankbar.
