Hallo,
ich ziehe aus unserer Wg aus und muss leider meine Mitbewohnerin alleine zurück lassen, da ich mein Studium beendet habe. Daher suche ich für sie eine/n nette/n Nachmieter/in.
Das zuvermietende Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm Meter groß und liegt in Weiden Ost.
Für Studenten wirklich optimal. Man braucht 5 Gehminuten zur Fh und 7 Gehminuten in die Innenstadt.
Bad und Küche werden sich geteilt. Ingesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 60 qm Meter groß.
Falls du ein Auto hast, ist auch das kein Problem. Da man super in unserem Innenhof parken kann.
Also falls du Lust auf eine lustige Wg hast dann bist du hier wirklich genau richtig.
