Cosy WG room for rent in a 3some WG on the ground floor of a newly renovated old building, available from July. The WG is 10 minutes from Weimar-West Bahnhof, 15 minutes from Weimar Hbf and 3 minutes from Schwanseebad. The trees over the street are visible from the window. Come over and watch it!
There is a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a basement that offers accommodation for bicycles. It would be nice if you could take some furniture; Bed frame(50€), mattress(free), wardrobe(free) and coffee table(free)
The roommates of the WG are Hsin-Ni (music student) and Brigitte (training). They are very sweet and nice. Write to me if you are interested :))
Gemütliches WG-Zimmer in einer 3er-WG im Erdgeschoss einer frisch sanierten Altbauwohnung zu vermieten, verfügbar ab Juli. Die WG ist 10 Min. vom Weimar-West Bahnhof, 15 Min. vom Weimar Hbf und 3 Min. vom Schwanseebad entfernt. Die Bäume über die Straße sind aus dem Fenster sichtbar. Komm vorbei und schau es dir an!
Eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine sowie eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Ein Keller, der Platz zur Unterbringung von Fahrrädern bietet, steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Es wäre schön, wenn du einige Möbel übernehmen könntest; Bettgestell(50€), die Matratze(kostenlos), den Kleiderschrank(kostenlos) und Couchtisch(kostenlos)
Die Mitbewohnerinnen der WG sind Hsin-Ni (Musikstudentin) und Brigitte (Ausbildung). Die sind ganz lieb und nett♡ Schreib mir gerne, wenn du Interesse hast :))
