Es werden zu Mitte August 3 Zimmer frei. Die anderen Zimmer werden im Laufe des Jahren möglicherweise auch noch frei. Jüngst wurde ein neuer Mietvertrag mit der Vermietung ausgehandelt. Den ersten Vertragsvorschlag mit einem exorbitanten Preis konnten wir auf die unten stehenden Preise runterhandeln. Jedoch geschieht nun spontan eine große Veränderung und so Suchen wir Menschen, die statt uns in den Vertrag einsteigen möchten. Die Vermietung wünscht sich, dass all Mieter*innen als Hauptmieter*innen in den Vertrag einsteigen. Weswegen es toll wäre, Menschen zu finden, die auch Lust haben, eine neue WG zu gründen. Fals das Datum zu spontan ist, lässt sich darüber sicherlich reden.
Es sind schöne, große Zimmer, die Wohnung hat Altbau-Charme, ist ruhig gelegen, klasse Nachbarn und einen gemeinschaftlichen Garten. Sonne kommt in alle Zimmer, außerdem gibt es einen 22m2 Wohnflur, in dem man zB zusammen auf einem Beamer Filme schauen kann.

There will be 3 rooms available in the middle of August. The other rooms may also become available in the course of the year. Recently, a new rental contract was made with the rental company. We were able to negotiate down the first contract proposal with an exorbitant price to the prices shown below. However, a big change is now happening spontaneously and so we are looking for people who would like to enter the contract instead of us. The rental company wants all tenants to enter the contract as main tenants. Which is why it would be great to find people who also want to start a new shared apartment.
There are nice, large rooms, the apartment has old building charm, is quietly located, great neighbors and a communal garden. Sun comes into all rooms, there is also a 22m2 hallway, where you can watch movies together on a projector.

Du wohnst noch mit Paul und Marie zusammen.
Marie ist viel in Weimar am umherschwirren und sucht sich jede Woche neue Projekte- gerade vor allem welche um die Wohnung nice zu machen. Paul mag Bastel und Polit KrimsKrams.
Aber da sich alles neu formen wird, kommst du am Besten einfach mal vorbei und lernst die Beiden kennen!
Manchmal sneakt sich Otilye, eine Nachbarskatze als sechstes Mitbewohnix ein.
In der Küche teilen wir unser Essen gerade und kochen meistens zusammen bzw. für alle. Habe da gute Erfahrungen mit gemacht. Häufiger wird auch containert.

You will live with Paul and Marie.
Marie is buzzing around Weimar a lot and is looking for new projects every week - especially to make the apartment nice. Paul likes handicrafts and political stuff.
But since everything will be newly formed, it's best if you just drop by and get to know them!
Sometimes Otilye, a neighbor cat, sneaks in as a sixth roommate.
In the kitchen we share our food and cook mostly together or for all. We have had good experiences with this. More often we also go dumpster diving.
Schreibt uns doch mehr als ein zwei Zeilen über Euch. Wenn ihr vielleicht schon ne Gruppe seid, die zusammen auf der Suche ist, wäre das natürlich nen Idealfall. Aber schreibt uns so oder so gerne- also auch als lonesome writer.
Die Zimmer werden etwa zum 15. August frei- falls das aber gar nicht passt, findet sich aber bestimmt auch ne Lösung.
