Hallo,
ich ziehe nach Berg und suche eine nette WG-Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist in Berg bei Weingarten. Sie ist ca. 4,5 Km von der PH entfernt. Man kann sehr gut zur PH oder FH radeln (15 Min zur PH hin und zurück 20 Minuten). Jedoch ist ein Auto von Vorteil, vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im DG und die Vermieter (ein älteres, sehr nettes Ehepaar) leben im EG.
Die Wohnung wurde neue saniert. Es gibt keinen Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle.
Das WC ist praktischerweise vom Bad getrennt.
Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge und Einbauschränke.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 220 Euro, wie auch die Kaution. Das Internet und der Telefonanschluss müssen noch bestellt werden und wird ca. 10 - 15 Euro kosten.
