Calm, simplestic and a very positive student searching a flat share to stay long term.

Hey,
I am a 25year old, automobile enthusiast, avid traveler, self help author and an engineering student in RWU Hochschule Weingarten. :)
I'd describe myself as some one really optimistic, positive. Kind of spiritual- not religiously, but in way to understand our mind better. You'd often see me with a smile. I love reading and writing- my favorite genre is non fiction, biographies and self help. I've written a self help book and published it years back, titled "The Misled Tomorrow" and I've been writing my next one for a few months now. I've been a student at RWU Hochschule Weingarten since March and I wish to shift out a place closer to the uni as now I'm living in Liebenau.
I haven't got any expectations as to how my flatmates should be, but it would be great to be with really energetic and unreserved people.
I'd love the room to be bright, unfurnished or furnished, with a kitchen cuz I'm super addicted to tea. That's the one thing I am good about, and my flatmates would be getting loads of it as I love spending time with others, socialising, having tea. :)
