The room is freshly renovated (with 2 windows)
the furnishing consists of a wardrobe, the desk + chair directly in front of the window, it is integrated into a cabinet (with shelves), a wall shelf and the bed (90x200) with side table, the parquet floor is designed with a white vinyl cover. Own partial depletion is possible.

WLAN + cable TV + fixed network flatrate
(connection in the room) connect to the world and is organized and relocated by the residents of the house, it is sufficient for online study, even if all WG members use the WLAN simultaneously.
The following costs are transferred within the WG, 1/3 per person

Die WG liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Dreifamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wenige Minuten entfernt vom Löwenplatz, d.h. Kaufland, Cafe' Museum, Eisdiele Venezia, Stadgarten Cafe´ und weiteren Möglichkeiten der Zerstreuung. Auf jedem Stockwerk (EG / OG / DG) wohnen Studenten in 3er WGs.

Das Zimmer, ist frisch renoviert (mit 2 Fenstern)
die Möblierung besteht aus einem Kleiderschrank, dem Schreibtisch + Stuhl direkt vor dem Fenster, er ist integriert in einen Unterschrank (mit Fachböden), einem Wandregal und dem Bett (90x200) mit Beistelltisch, der Parkettboden ist mit einem weißen Vinyl-Belag ausgelegt. Eigene Teilmöblierung ist möglich.

WLAN + Kabel-TV + Festnetz Flatrate
(Anschluss im Zimmer) verbinden mit der Welt und wird von den Bewohnern des Hauses organisiert und umgelegt, es ist ausreichen für online-Studium, auch wenn alle WG-Mitglieder das WLAN gleichzeitig nutzen .
Folgende Kosten werden innerhalb der WG umgelegt, 1/3 pro Person
- WLAN, wird auch von den Bewohnern organisiert, ca. € 7,00 / Person / Monat,
- Kabelfernsehen sofern gewünscht, wird von den Nutzern eingerichtet.
- Strom, wird auf die 3 WG-Bewohner umgelegt ,derzeit EURO 12,00 für die ganze EG Wohnung pro Monat.

Gemeinschaftsküche
ist neu und komplett eingerichtet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Spüle und Vorratsschränken, Spülen ist Handarbeit, die Küche hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit 3-5 Plätzen und wird daher auch als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt.
Sie ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, daher sonnig und hell.

Bad
mit Fenster und Lüfter, es ist ebenfalls neu, hat eine schnuckelige Größe mit Wanne / Duschmöglichkeit / WC.
Im Wandschrank hat jeder Platz für Utensilien zur Pflege seiner Schönheit und der persönlichen Hygiene, ein Wandregal und eine lange Handtuchstange für 3 Bewohner runden die Funktionalität ab.

Wohnungsflur
ist angenehm groß, mit Garderobe, Spiegel einem Beistelltisch, Schuhe finden Platz in einem Schrank, die Möblierung stört das Raumgefühl nicht.

Waschmaschine
im Keller

Terrasse / Rasen
neu, die Vorgänger WG hat den Tisch und ein paar Stühle vererbt, ebenso den Kugelgrill. Die Terrasse hat einen hohen Wellnesswert mit hohem Sonnenfaktor im Sommer von 11:00h morgens bis zum Abendrot. Hier trifft man auch die anderen Studenten aus dem Haus, sie sorgen für Kontakt und Abwechslung.

Fahrradabstellraum
abschließbar, direkt neben der Terrasse, jeder Bewohner findet Platz für sein Rad.

kein Problem, direkt vor dem Haus oder in unmittelbarer Nähe
