Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, quadratisch, hat hohe Decken mit Stuck. Es ist sehr hell mit zwei großen Fenstern. Der Boden knarrt ein wenig, aber es ist dennoch zum Verlieben.
Zentral, in der Stadt. Alles (Apotheke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeder Art) in 2-5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zu Fuß: 3 Min zu PH/ 10 Min zu FH
Wir haben die Vermieter als Nachbarn. Weder diese noch ich möchten Parties in der Wohnung.
Ich bin oft nicht da und wohne selbst voraussichtlich nur noch bis Oktober in der Wohnung. Bis zu meinem Auszug sollte die Wohnung stets in einem Top hygienischen und ordentlichen Zustand bleiben!
Da ich mich im Endstadium meines Studiums befinde und noch meine Abschlussarbeit schreibe, bin ich eher zurückgezogen.
Einmal die Woche gibt es einen Hauskreis (Bibelstunde) in meinem Zimmer.
1,5 Zimmer, da wir uns noch ein großes Abstellzimmer (20m2) teilen.
Das Bad und die Dusche sind eng, aber es ist ok.
Ich selbst bin PH-Studentin und freue mich über eine fröhliche, saubere, selbstständige Mitbewohnerin :)
