Das rund 19-20 m² große Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ich würde gerne mein Sofa, den kleinen Tisch und meinen Fernseher verkaufen. Über den Preis kann man dann auch nochmal reden.
Durch drei großes Fenster ist das Zimmer selbst jetzt im Frühjahr immer sehr hell.
Zu der WG gehört außerdem eine Küche mit neuem Herd und möbliertem Essbereich, Bad, Keller mit Waschküche inkl. Waschmaschine und Fahrradschuppen.
Die WG befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Weingarten.
Dadurch ist die FH ist zu Fuß innerhalb 15, die PH innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Kaufland sowie Post sind direkt nebenan.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in etwa zwei Minuten erreichbar.
Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich beim Stadtgarten oder Finanzamt, die beide auch etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegen.
