Das Angebot besteht aus zwei Zimmern. Einem großen Wohnzimmer (zu zweit genutzt) und einem kleinerem Schlafzimmer innerhalb einer 8er-WG. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett und Schrank ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich finden sich eine große, gemütliche Couch, zwei zusätzliche Schreibtische, Schränke, ein Esstisch und mehrere Stühle. Die Möbel werden im März 2022 teilweise erneuert.
Neben dem abgetrennten Bereich bietet die Wohnung viel Platz für das gemeinsame Leben in der WG.
Die gemeinsam genutzte Küche wurde frisch erneuert (07/17) und ist gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine vorh.) Darüber hinaus dient die Küche als großzügiger Gemeinschaftsraum (>20qm, großer Tisch und Stühle).
Im Garten stehen ebenfalls ein großer Tisch und Stühle zur Verfügung und bieten genug Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten (Grillen etc.).
Darüber hinaus verfügt die Wohnung über zwei separate frisch renovierte Duschen sowie über drei zusätzliche getrennte WCs.
Weissach-Flacht liegt in direkter Nähe zu den Unternehmen Porsche, Bosch und Daimler und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (A8). Die WG ist somit ideal für Pendler und Praktikanten.
Der ÖPNV ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Stuttgart und Leonberg lassen sich gut erreichen. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Bank sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Waldrand entfernt, was ideal für sportliche Aktivitäten ist.
Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden.

Offered are two rooms: A spacious living room which is shared by two persons and a smaller bedroom. The bedroom is furnished by a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a great confortable couch, two additional desks, wardrobes and a dining table with several chairs.
Additional to the own kitchen a sharing kitchen (new 07/17) is well equipped (e.g. dishwasher) and has a lot of room for common usage (big dining table).
The garden is as well usable and garden furniture is existing as well as enough space for common activities (e.g. BBQ).
Furthermore the apartment has two separate and newly refurbished showers as well as two additional separate toilets.
Weissach-Flacht is near to the companies Porsche, Bosch and Daimler and has an excellent transport link (A8). The apartment is well suited for commuters or interns.
Public transportation could be reached in ca. 7 minutes by foot. Even Stuttgart and Leonberg are well reachable. Supermarket, bakery and bank (with atm) are easily accessible by foot. The apartment is near to the forest. So it is well suited for sportive activities.
Washing mashine and clothes dryer is available.
