ich suchen einen Nachmieter für mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 5er WG im Wernigeröder Wohnviertel Harzblick! Unsere ca. 200 qm große Wohnung ist auch groß genug, um sich mal aus dem Weg zu gehen, wenn man doch einmal seine Ruhe braucht. Du würdest im kommenden Sommersemester die Wohnung mit Sophie (Studentin) und Arno teilen.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist ca 23 m² groß.
Flur ca. 40 m² und Küche ca. 25 m² + 2 Gästetoiletten und ein großes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche.
Internet kostet 5 € im Monat.
Die Wohnung wurde 2006 komplett saniert und hat eine moderne Einbauküche.
In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht: Kaufland, NP, Apotheke, Sparkasse, Arzt und Zahnarzt usw. Mit dem Bus brauchst du keine 15 min zur HS Harz und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10-15 min.
Also, wenn du ein fröhlicher, positiver und offener Mensch bist, dann komm doch einfach mal gucken und schnacken :) Wir freuen uns!!
